My Baby Sister is Married

Last weekend was the wedding of my sister and her new husband, Cody Watkins. The wedding was here in Vernal, and it was very cold....17 degrees cold. But it was such a beautiful wedding, everything we had hoped it to be. I loved having all my family in town, we all worked together to make the wedding happen. When we grew up, our next door neighbor, President Robb, was our stake president. Now he is a sealer, and he was the one to seal Cody and Chelsey. He did a FABULOUS job. Chelsey was all smiles and so beautiful. Everything, the wedding, the luncheon, the reception was done in the same day. It was busy, but wonderful. A day I will never forget.

Holiday 2010

We had such a good Christmas. It certainly went too fast, I can't believe it's already over. We had Christmas Eve dinner with the Coons. We had the traditional soup and played a fun game of bunco. Then we went home and opened the pajamas we get every Christmas Eve. We laid out carrots and cookies with milk for Santa and his reindeer and then went to bed. The next morning, we were delighted with all the toys Santa had left for us. Then Grandma and Grandpa Brinkerhoff came over for Christmas breakfast. The day was filled with family members and happiness. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas also.
